Shipping is not a profit center for us. Our shipping rates are computed base on the weight of your order and destination. A separate invoice will be bill to you advising on the shipping charges before we shipped.

All in stock items ship on the next working days if order is placed on weekdays. If your order is placed on weekend, it will ship on the next working day
Shipping Method

We offers the following shipping method for deliver outside Singapore:
EMS (Air) typically arrives in 3-6 days depends on your destination
Registered Air Mail (Air) arrives between 4-14 days (subjected to customs clearance, delays in destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches, which may require additional days
Registered Surface Mail (Sea) arrives between 4-15 weeks (subjected to customs clearance, delays in destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches, which may require additional days
**The above shipping method may require signature upon delivery. All the timing quoted above refer to working days which is Monday to Friday.
Custom / Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied when the items reach your country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling. Gift Bliz has no control over these fees and is not liable for them. For more information on customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office.
Returns / Refunds

Our returns and exchange policies stated as follows:
- You may exchange any item or return your purchase for a refund within 7days from the day you sign and receive for the product (For International Orders Only)
- No refund or exchange of goods is allowed for Sale Items or Special Orders.
- Purchases, Pre-order and or Special Orders made on "Gifts Bliz" is non-refundable unless the item is out-of stock. In case of out-of stock , you will have the option of cancelling your order or replace your out-of stock item with another one.
- You will have to pay for the shipping charge when we ship the exchange item back to you from our side
- Product has to be in the same condition, as it was when shipped to you. Please do not wear, misuse or damage the products
Procedure for Returns / Refunds

- Package all items with care, so that item is secure and do not get damage during the transit
- Write a note with your name and address, stating you need to exchange for the products, also stating the details or the product code of the item you wish to exchange for.
- Shipped the items via Registered Mail and keep relevant details and tracking number in case the package is lost or misplaced. Gifts Bliz is not liable or responsible for any lost or damage.
